Expect a lineup of premium Uruguayan Wagyu—dry-aged, richly marbled, and available in cuts from striploin to tomahawk—alongside indulgent creations like surf & turf with blue lobster, slow-cooked lamb shoulder with spices, and Peruvian-style ceviche.
