Job Description

We’re looking for a Brand & Marketing Lead to shape xBloom’s brand and grow our global presence. You’ll define brand strategy, lead campaigns, and craft stories that connect with audiences worldwide.

What You’ll Do

• Define brand positioning and visual/content identity.
• Lead cross-channel campaigns (launches, collaborations, seasonal activations).
• Partner with PR, advertising, and social teams to expand reach.
• Drive content and storytelling to strengthen brand awareness.
• Use insights and metrics to optimize strategy and brand health.
• Manage the brand & marketing team and oversee budgets.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in brand/marketing with proven success in brand building or campaigns.
• Strong creative and content skills—able to write, present, and execute.
• Experience in consumer, lifestyle, tech, or design brands is a plus.
• Excellent collaboration and project management skills.
• Strategic thinker with global perspective.
